By accessing or using Kashin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Account Registration
You must create an account to use the Service. You can register using Google Single Sign-On. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Google account used to access Kashin
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
3. Description of Service
Kashin is a personal finance management application that helps you track transactions, manage budgets, and understand your spending. The Service includes:
- Gmail integration to automatically extract financial transaction data from bank notification emails using artificial intelligence
- Manual transaction entry and management
- Budget creation and tracking
- Bank account and recurring transaction management
- Category-based financial reporting
4. Gmail Integration
When you connect your Gmail account, Kashin requests read-only access (gmail.readonly scope) to scan emails from banks and financial institutions. By granting this permission, you acknowledge that:
- Kashin will read emails identified as bank transaction notifications for the purpose of extracting transaction data
- AI-based extraction may not always be 100% accurate — you should review extracted transactions for correctness
- You can disconnect Gmail at any time from the app settings
- Disconnecting will stop new email scanning but will not delete previously extracted transaction data
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use the Service to violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Data Accuracy Disclaimer
Transaction data extracted from emails using AI may contain errors. Kashin does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of automatically extracted financial data. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting any inaccurate transaction information.
Kashin is a tracking tool and does not provide financial advice. The information displayed should not be relied upon for financial decision-making without independent verification.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kashin and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
- Inaccurate transaction data extracted by AI
- Loss of data or inability to access the Service
- Any financial decisions made based on data displayed in the Service
8. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or by email.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
